Most residential shoots take 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the property and the package selected. Larger homes or premium packages with video may take up to 3 hours.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after the shoot. The Premium Listing package includes priority delivery so your listing goes live faster.
For best results make sure the home is clean and decluttered, all lights are turned on, blinds and curtains are open for natural light, and personal items like family photos are put away. A well-prepared home always photographs better.
It is not required but appreciated. If you cannot attend please ensure the property is unlocked and ready before our photographer arrives. We will handle everything from there.

Yes. You can reschedule directly through the Calendly confirmation email you receive after booking. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes.
